Salford has nine new confirmed cases of coronavirus, bringing the total to 1,386, up from the previous day's 1,377.
Elsewhere in Greater Manchester the cases seem to be creeping up again with Manchester (up 12), Rochdale (up 12), Oldham (up 9) and Trafford (up 11) all showing significant, although not massive, rises in numbers.
Manchester now has a total of 3,059 (up from 3,047), followed by Wigan with 2,150 (up from 2,148), Oldham 1,939 (up from 1,930), Bolton 1,922 (up from 1,915), Rochdale 1,775 (up from 1,763), Stockport 1,667 (up from 1,663), Tameside 1,552 (up from 1,547), Bury 1,308 (up from 1,304) and Trafford 1,302 (up from 1,291).
There have been no new virus-related deaths at Salford Royal Hospital.
