SALFORD 78 CONFIRMED CASES OF CORONAVIRUS MOST IN GREATER MANCHESTER

Star date: 29th March 2020 SALFORD NOW HAS MOST CORONAVIRUS CASES IN GREATER MANCHESTER Salford now has 78 confirmed cases of coronavirus, up by twenty on the previous day, and has jumped ahead of Manchester (76) as having the most cases in Greater Manchester. It is still a lot less than the country's top virus hotspot today, Birmingham which has 428 confirmed cases, followed by Hampshire (384) and Sheffield (361). Full details here...

There are now 78 confirmed cases of coronavirus in Salford, twenty more than the previous day and currently the most in Greater Manchester. Manchester now has 76 confirmed cases, Oldham 73, Stockport 66, Trafford 64, Rochdale and Tameside 52, Bury 40, Bolton 33 and Wigan 30. While the cases are growing, they are nowhere near as many as other places. Birmingham currently leads the country in confirmed cases with 428, followed by Hampshire with 384 and Sheffield with 361. | I DEMAND and URGE for people to stay in. This "big flu bug" is here for the next few months. Only go out to exercise once a day for walks, jogging and bike rides. Get in the back garden (if you have one), get the suntan lotion on, relax, chill out. Do house work around the house/flat, do painting, cleaning, clearing out the back shed etc.. Take care of the elderly in your neighborhood and when you see a NHS staff, say "thank you" to them.. Also think about all the homeless people STILL sleeping on the streets tonight freezing cold.. Also this government SHOULD do a lockdown NOW, so far CONFIRMED nearly 2000 dead in UK.. Stay in people. |

| Please stay home. This is going to get worse. We must ditch politics and work together. Life is important. I demand our City Mayor demands the Greater Manchester Mayor gets everyone of our rough sleepers into safe rooms with food and good shelter. I forgive anyone who has trespassed against me. The safe future needs us to join hearts and conquer the evil Corona Virus. As a 70 year old I am very afraid, for my friends and neighbours. Stay home to protect our wonderful front line workers. |

| The promise to find hotel rooms to house rough sleepers and homeless people seems to have gone wrong somewhere today manchester city centre is still full of desperate people there were people asleep in doorways all over the city homeless people begging for food and the people i spoke to on the streets have said they have had no offers of hotel rooms what the hell is going will somebody get a grip and sort these people out. indolent johnson is sending a letter out to every house to explain how to wash your hands and observe social distancing i think the majority do get it by now so to spend millions of pounds to send this letter is a frivolous waste of money and would be better spent on practical help in getting homeless people of the street .it is quite clear for all to see that tthe tories deliberate policy of wrecking the social security system in this country must cease people and families having to use food banks is a disgrace raise benefit levels so people can live in dignity and not have to rely on charity charity is for dogs and cats not human beings . apparently central station is to be turned into a field hospital i would like to say to all the people who have fought over the last 40 years to save salford royal hospital ancoats /booth hall pendlebury ladywell and a host of other hospitals destroyed by thatcher that we have been proved right i and many good people have campaigned against these hospitals closures for decades on picket lines in all weathers and now we can all see why not one of these hospitals should have closed oh how we need them now . boris johnson as now said there is society trying to save his neck if you really want to know what tories think of the nhs and nurses look on you tube and see them cheering in the commons when they announced the freezing of nurses pay kick the tories out a curse on them all . |
