As part of the 2019 Festival of Learning, the Langworthy Cornerstone is inviting local adults to its Have a Go Taster Week to try their hand at a range of new skills or take part in a taster session...
On Monday 16th September, there's Zumba Gold low intensity with Becky (1:15pm-2pm, and 5:30pm-6:15pm) or Zumba with easy to follow Latin and international rhythms (5:30pm-6:15pm). Plus Iyengar Yoga with Galina (6:30pm-8pm).
On Tuesday 17th there's Group Relaxation (1pm-1:50pm) and Reiki taster sessions with Julia (2pm-2:15pm and 2:30pm-2:45pm). Both of these free classes must be booked in advance (07758 932908).
Also on Tuesday is a Metafit class with Becky which involves thirty minutes of fat burning (5:45pm-6:15pm) and Zumba with Becky (6:30pm-7:15pm).
On Friday 20th, there's Tai Chi, Tao Yoga and Breathing with Wan-Ley 'promoting flexibility, peace and calmness'...What more could anyone want?
