Back in July, local mum Jo Hewitt began the first Mum2Mum pop-up market of nearly new clothes and toys and accessories for babies and children, which proved to be a great success.
Now this is being followed up today, Saturday 7th September, with a further market at Fletcher Hall, Vicarage Road, Swinton (M27 0WA) between 2pm and 4pm sponsored by Kids Planet Day Nurseries. Today's event will have 25 stalls.
"There will be hundreds of bargains and amazing savings to be made and the quality of items for this sale is phenomenal" says Jo "All the stalls are local mums, recycling their own children's outgrown toys, books, clothes, baby equipment small and large, to other mums and keep 100% of their profits.
"In today's economic climate, parents need to make their budget stretch that little bit further and with mum2mum markets, everyone is a winner, as buyers can source great quality second hand goods at a fraction of the high street price and sellers can cash in their clutter at home" she adds "We also have some local child related businesses coming along and a pop up photography studio, which has amazing deals for parents. So bring the children as we have a face painter too..."
The mum2mum markets will be running in Swinton every four to six weeks, and for more information contact Jo - jo@mum2mummarket.co.uk
