The Don't #KeepMum campaign was originally born out of a need for better care and support in the community following the birth of babies but has since evolved to cover all aspect of family life.
This Friday, 26th April, sees the third free event by the group at Ordsall Hall, aimed at getting families out and supporting one another, and will feature a superfood masterclass with award-winning BBC Masterchef and lifestyle coach Nomalanga Nyamayaro, family friendly workouts with Amy Ferriss, a first aid workshop, and baby massage with Tiny Dreamers Wellbeing, amongst other happenings...
"Come learn, chat, grab a cuppa, meet others in your community and support, just don't #KeepMum" says organiser Naomi Oikonomou, a blogger and mother of two.
