Next Saturday, 17th November, journalists on the run from persecution in their own countries will be speaking out as part of a Benefit Gig, to raise money for them.
It's hosted by Manchester and Salford NUJ and also features performance poets Trev Meaney, Punk in Drublic and Fereshteh Mozaffari, plus music by Poppycock (ex-The Fall), Aidan Cross (Weimar), Kirsty McGee and Eddie Toomer.
It's all for a great cause which will raise funds to provide vital practical support for exiled journalists...
