Salford Choral Society takes to the metaphorical waves next Saturday 23rd June, with a sea-themed, family friendly evening of music conducted by Tom Newall, with St. Paul's Salford CE Primary School Choir, the Academy Singers, an Ensemble of Handbells and Recorders, soloists Rachel Colley, Fionn Ó hAlmhain and David Walton, plus Roderick Barrand on piano.
The bill includes Benjamin Britten's Noye's Fludde, Jonathan Willcocks' Three Sea Shanties and Eric Whitacre's Water Night in what should be the best of the summer sails...
