From the surreal to the ultra real, an exhibition of fashion photos at Islington Mill next week will show the latest images emerging from the University of Salford's photography courses.
Kelly-Marie Inglesant explores surrealism and conceptual photography, Laura Jane Parkinson explores the changing looks of fashion photography and Sarah Brown has some interesting takes on editorial photography.
"This exhibition aims to explore our own viewpoint of the subject `portrait', and shows a structured development towards our graduate show in June" says Kelly "We're all studying photography but specialising in fashion, portraiture and surrealism."
What you definitely won't find in this exhibition is a bland model gawping out, urging you to buy the latest little black dress from Next. Most of these photos are coming from a different planet...
