Ethan Evans, who has relentlessly been collecting from Salford citizens to help around half a dozen charities over the last few years, has dug deep into his own pocket to purchase new quilts and pillows for the Narrowgate homeless shelter on Churchill Way.
"Ethan purchased all these with his own money, he is a boy with a big heart and a role model to others" says his granddad, Ed Green "We went on a tour of the building and Ethan was both shocked and elated at being able to help in a small way.
"He was shocked at the thought of so many people who are left behind by society and finish up homeless" Ed adds "I hope this can bring others on board to help this fantastic charity."
