Went to the Aerobics class on a wednesday and it was great. Nothing in the class was too stressful for a beginner like me yet the instructor made it hard enough for the more experienced keep fitters so that they still got a good work out. Also if you tell them it's your first time when you go then you get your first session free as a taster. Good work Broughton Recreation Centre
