We all know, if you’re from Bristol or know anything about England’s largest village, that Urban Splash are dreadful.
“Urban Splash is making waves in the UK’s property development pool. The company builds new buildings and rejuvenates old ones by modifying them into hip, multi-functional office and residential complexes."
Oooh I say. Marvellous. Going into the more working class areas and building expensive housing that obviously has a knock on effect for the area. Who cares if you lose your home? We’re beautifying the area so Tabitha and Sebastian can move in. Whatever.
Their development at a tobacco factory in South Bristol.
They create a scale model.
They place it in an abandoned fire station.
The put little goldfishies in the water.
How lovely.
BUT THEN THEY LEAVE THEM TO DIE.
The Death Brigade saw this senseless slaughter for themselves. A single goldfishy, bloated and floating on the top of the water. It was frightfully sad. The Death Brigade attempted to re-enter the building and acquire a photograph as we were too shocked the first time to remember. No such luck.
Fight gentrification. Fight for the fishy.
