RAP AND HIP HOP AT THE OLD PINT POT, corner of The Crescent and Adelphi Street…
The cream of Greater Manchester's rap and hip hop talent gather for a spectacular night at The Old Pint Pot with MC Tunes. Salford Star favourites, Class Actions (see here), the Misfits (see here) and Fresh Connection (see here) are joined by A Me B, who wowed the audience at Chimney Pot Park's Super Salford Saturday this summer and Coldside Generals, who played Whit Lane's Party In The Park.. Also on the bill are Empress Asher, The Don, Surreal Knowledge, 24Kt Gold and the wonderful sounding Pedigree Chumps.
A BIT OF THE HAC AT ISLINGTON MILL, James St, off Oldfield Road
Ye olde Hacienda DJs, Jon Dasilva, Graeme Park and Dave Haslam spin the discs at Islington Mill in an almost all nighter, starting at 9pm and concluding at 4pm. This is today's only paying gig, with tickets £8 in advance.

Electronic rock indie folk fantasy fusionists, Death To The Strange, will be whipping up The Hope pub, while AAAK, aka As Able As Kane, will be tearing the walls down with their supreme brand of meaty beats and industrial-style synth battering. Also on the bill are Exnihilo and The Green.
